1. Acceptance
By accessing, registering or using Meimodu you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree, please do not continue using the service.
2. Account
- Provide truthful, accurate and complete information;
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe;
- Impersonation and bulk registration are forbidden.
3. Usage rules
While using Meimodu you must not:
- Publish content that breaks the law, public order or third-party rights;
- Create or distribute sexual, violent or self-harm material targeting minors;
- Attack the system, bypass moderation or scrape data at scale;
- Engage in any conduct that violates the Community Guidelines.
4. Content licence
You retain copyright over content you create. Within your authorisation, Meimodu may use it where necessary to provide the service. See Copyright for details.
5. Payment & refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds follow app-store or payment-provider rules; if Meimodu causes downtime, unspent service is refunded pro-rata.
6. Intellectual property
Aside from user content, the website, logo, design, source code, technology and documentation belong to Meimodu. Reproduction, modification or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
7. Sanctions
We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend or ban accounts and stop the service for violations. Suspected illegal activity will be referred to the competent authorities.
8. Changes & termination
Meimodu may adjust, pause or terminate parts of the service. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
Within the bounds of applicable law, Meimodu is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third parties or your own actions. AI output is reference material only.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Meimodu's place of registration. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, by the competent court at Meimodu's place of registration.
