1. Platform IP

The design, logo, favicon, visuals, source code, copy, brand and derivatives of every Meimodu website and app are protected by applicable laws and belong to Meimodu. Without written permission you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or reverse-engineer them in any form.

2. User content

Character cards, conversations, world settings, example dialogue, avatars and captions you create on Meimodu ("user content") remain your copyright. You grant Meimodu the following licences:

  • Storage, display, backup and synchronisation needed to deliver the service;
  • Display in the community after you publish, so others can browse, subscribe and interact;
  • Use, with your authorisation, in promotional materials, press releases and product screenshots.

3. Third-party material

Please do not use unlicensed third-party material on Meimodu (film stills, commercial illustrations, unlicensed characters and so on). Confirmed infringements will be removed and we reserve the right to pursue further action.

4. AI-generated content

AI replies are produced by the engine under your prompts and the character setup. You may keep, share or quote them within reasonable use, but please:

  • Do not treat them as authoritative conclusions or as professional advice in law, medicine, etc.;
  • For commercial use, verify compliance with copyright requirements in your jurisdiction;
  • Do not publicly distribute clearly illegal or harmful content.

5. Infringement complaints

If you believe content on Meimodu infringes your rights, please send the following to legal@meimodu.cc:

  1. Proof of identity (personal ID or company documents);
  2. Proof of right (registration certificate, original work URL, etc.);
  3. Specific URLs, screenshots and a description of the content concerned;
  4. A written statement that the complaint is true under penalty of law.

Complete materials are reviewed within 7 business days; we will, where appropriate, open a DMCA counter-notice procedure.

6. Withdrawing your licence

You may unpublish your content in Studio at any time and revoke the public licence. Where derivative works exist, we will use reasonable effort to assist with takedowns.

7. Liability

For limitations on platform liability, see also the Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
