Meimodu is an AI roleplay and creative platform. Every feature, model and character is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no express or implied warranties about timeliness, stability, accuracy or completeness of the service.
2. Nature of AI-generated content
AI replies are produced by large language models under your prompts and character setup. They may contain factual errors, value judgments or descriptions that do not reflect reality.
- Do not treat AI output as authoritative conclusions or as professional advice in law, medicine, psychology, finance, investment or education;
- For critical decisions about health, safety, person or property, consult qualified professionals;
- Stay critical when reviewing AI output and do not let exaggerated or fictional content mislead you.
3. User behaviour
You bear the legal and moral responsibility for what you say on Meimodu, the characters you build and the consequences they create. Meimodu is not liable for disputes between users or for losses caused by behaviour that violates the Terms of Service.
4. External links and services
This site may contain links to third-party websites, apps or services (including partner platforms and the redirect aiaff.ink). Meimodu is not responsible for their content, privacy policy or service quality. Evaluate the risk yourself before visiting.
5. Force majeure
For service interruption, data loss or other losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government orders, network outages, power failures or third-party service failures), Meimodu is exempt from liability within the bounds of applicable law but will use reasonable effort to restore the service.
6. Use by minors
Meimodu does not target children under 14. If you are a minor, please use the service under the supervision and permission of a guardian; the guardian assumes the corresponding supervision duty.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meimodu and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Meimodu's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid to Meimodu in the past 12 months.

Meimodu reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be announced through in-app notices. Continued use signals acceptance of the latest version.
